Step 1: Make a commitment to share a healthcare story personal to you!
Step 2: Prepare. Think about your healthcare story. What is it that you would like to share with others? (see below for a list of questions to consider)
Step 3: Document your story in print or on video. (*in print ~ 1000 words or less / videos ~ 5 minutes or less)
Step 4: Contact & Share. Let us know you want to post your story on LGBThealthstory.wordpress.com by emailing email@example.com or by commenting on an exisiting post.
